About
Wellness education, written like you're an adult
Mintline exists because most wellness content is either too vague to act on or too confident to trust. We wanted a place that respects both the evidence and the person reading it.
Mintline Wellness started with a simple frustration: the gap between what the research actually says and what gets shouted on the internet is enormous, and almost nobody is standing in the middle translating.
So we built the thing we wanted — a calm, well-edited library of wellness education, a member community that does not make you feel worse, and a set of practical tools that assume you have a job, a family and a limited amount of willpower.
Everything we publish is written or reviewed by someone qualified to write it, and nothing we publish will promise you a result. What we can promise is that the education is careful, the community is kind, and the advice is something you can actually do this week.
What we believe
Four things we will not compromise on
Education over prescription
We explain mechanisms and trade-offs so you can make your own decisions, rather than handing out plans that assume we know your life.
Honest about uncertainty
Where the evidence is thin, we say so. Where it is strong, we say that too. Confidence should match the research, not the marketing.
No shame, ever
Nothing we publish will make you feel worse about your body as a motivational technique. It does not work and it is not who we are.
Small, repeatable, real
We favour things you can do on your worst week over things that look impressive on your best one.

Editorial standards
How we decide what to publish
Every article names its author and the date it was published. Where a claim rests on research, we describe the strength of that research rather than presenting it as settled fact. Where we are summarising a contested area, we say that it is contested.
We update pieces when the evidence moves, and we correct errors visibly rather than quietly. If you think something we published is wrong, tell us — corrections are a feature, not an embarrassment.
We do not accept payment for editorial coverage, and we do not publish sponsored content dressed up as education.
